In the attic of Ackerstraße 160 we turned a bare shell into habitable living space. The existing timber-beam ceiling was propped and reinforced during the works, and wall openings were structurally verified and executed. We then built the complete stud framing for the apartment partitions and corridors, including suspended ceilings with openings for electrical and ventilation services. A highlight is the curved lining wall around the stair core, cleanly filled and free of visible joints.
