Wall openings
Removing a load-bearing wall requires a structural proof and a correctly dimensioned lintel. We determine the loads, select the suitable beam (e.g. steel or reinforced-concrete lintel) and specify the execution with bearings and load distribution.
Attic conversions and extensions
For attic conversions we check the existing reserves of floors and roof structure and verify additional loads. For extensions we prepare the foundation and structural design — including the proofs that must accompany the building application.
