Renovation
A renovation touches every trade at once. We take on the whole sequence — survey, strip-out, execution and handover — with one point of contact, one schedule and one fixed price. That keeps the site predictable, even when an existing building springs surprises.
Survey and strip-out
Before the first blow comes the survey: we assess fabric, moisture, service routing and load-bearing elements, and record what stays. Strip-out is low-dust, with protective coverings and separated waste disposal. Load-bearing interventions are structurally verified in advance — we draw on our own structural calculation service for that.
Every trade, one schedule
Drywall, painting, flooring and kitchen work are coordinated in a single continuous schedule so no trade waits on another. Where needed we also handle external waterproofing and basement work: perimeter sealing, dimpled membrane and drainage. At handover you receive a signed protocol and documentation of the concealed work.
